The first entirely instrumental effort by the Chef since last year's first installment of what's become the Phantom Loops series. This one's tone like the previous is built on a foundation of subtle changes, interest through repetition and the skin painted on with nods to Cold War era number stations and dreamlike threading.

We're beginning to see a pattern here, perhaps.
